Quick Personal Bio:
Born into a musical family tradition, Eric Eberhardt began playing the drums before he was a teenager. Eric studied for nearly 10 years under the tutelage of world-class drummer Ken French as well as devoting a considerable amount of time to amassing a VERY large music library. At the age of 16, Eric began playing professionally around the Colorado Springs area with jazz musicians, dance shows, and variety bands, finally becoming the regular drummer for his father’s band (The Changing Times) at the age of 19. Becoming one of the house drummers for the Broadmoor Hotel (as well as a recording specialist with numerous Colorado musicians as a session drummer with perfectworldmusic studios, FTM studios, Platinum Studios, and Satie Productions in Denver), he now runs the day-to-day operations of the music business his father started  @ WWW.CT-MS.COM.
After a successful marching band experience teaching the Drum Line for Liberty High School in his early twenties, Eric developed a passion for teaching children and has followed that calling ever since.  "Mr.E" (as his students will  affectionately call him sometimes) completed his B.A. in Sociology at UCCS and Master's Degree in Education from The University of Phoenix as well as his Principal's endorsement. Since 2005, Eric has been a contracted lecturer for the Pre-Collegiate Development program, the Communication Department, as well as the GPS Freshman Seminar induction class at The University of Colorado Colorado Springs.  At UCCS Eric stays busy teaching collegiate-level classes to first generation college-bound students during his Summer "breaks" and his rare weeknights off.
Always an advocate for the underdog, Eric is a proud member of the Colorado Springs Education Association, a member of the Pikes Peak Humane Society, and a member of the Pikes Peak Jazz and Swing Society. Musically, Eric has enjoyed playing with various artists including: Broadway sensation Sal Viviano, Tony award winner Debbie Gravitte, independent song writer Dimitri Wolosyn, saxaphonist Carlos Crull, and as the featured drum set player for The Pueblo Symphony Orchestra
Currently, Eric is playing/recording with pop musiian and Nashville recording artist Landon Williams as well as the Triple Nickel Country Band.  In addition, Eric has been busy in the studio recording a new album with his father "BIG" Al Eberhardt.  The title of the new 14 track recording will be called "Pop-A-Jazz" and it will be released in early 2017.  A decade long vision musical  project, this will be Eric's 7th studio recorded album and his first produced with grammy winner Carl Lucero at recording studio's in Pueblo, Colorado...
For the last18 years, Mr.E has been happily married to Dr. Liesl Eberhardt- a professor of Communication at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS)
